Jukebox Health is seeking a Regional Project Manager to oversee home modification installations in the Ohio region, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will develop our network of service providers and coordinate with clinical teams, clients, and families to support safe, accessible homes.

Must reside in Ohio with travel around 50% within the state and option to work from home for the remainder of the week; competitive compensation and equity offered in a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction field work experience required.
• 5+ years working in residential management.
• Experience with home modifications (bathrooms, ramps, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations.
• Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
