Air Products is seeking a Regional Project Lead for the IG South PROS team in Pasadena, TX or Gonzales, LA, with up to 20% travel to oversee capital projects across 150+ U.S. Southeast plants.

The role reports to the North America Project Engineering Manager and oversees engineers and construction managers, ensuring initiation through close-out, staffing needs, and coordination with maintenance. Qualifications

• Manufacturing plant operations or capital projects experience (10 years minimum).
• Strong PM experience in development, estimating, forecasting, execution.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Understand safety and compliance standards (APCI).

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of a Project Engineering team including day-to-day management of Project Engineers and Construction Managers.
• Ensure all parts of the project process are followed from initiation through project close out.
• Be the main contact between facilities, stakeholders, maintenance, and project engineering team.
• Manage workload of up to 7 Project Engineers (direct and contingent).
• Coordinate with maintenance to forecast execution of maintenance-led capital projects.
• Lead TAR planning and staffing for large plant turnarounds.
• Mentor Project Engineers and review funding/estimates for approvals.
• Ensure process safety reviews are completed and documented.
