Job summary

Air Products seeks a Regional Project Lead to manage a capital projects team across 150+ plants in the US Southeast. Located in Pasadena, TX or Gonzales, LA with up to 20% travel, this role reports to the North America Project Engineering Manager.

You will lead Project Engineers and Construction Managers, ensuring project processes from initiation to close, and partner with maintenance and operations to deliver safe, operable projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing plant ops, maintenance, or capital projects.
• Strong PM skills in development, planning, estimating, forecasting, execution, turnover.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Engineering team and Construction Managers.
• Ensure project process is followed from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with facilities, stakeholders, and maintenance teams.
