Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee multiple service sites within a designated region. This role requires frequent travel to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site operations while leading a team of Service Technicians and coordinating with internal departments.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in safety programs and P&L management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport.
• Experience in P&L management.
• Experience managing safety programs.
• Advanced computer operation and internet-based program navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance: Establish and oversee safety practices and protocols; ensure compliance with standards.
• Operational Effectiveness: Cultivate safety, structure and continuous improvement; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians; ensure safety training and certifications.
• Customer Relations: Interface with customers; address inquiries; ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Financial Management: Manage site budgets, cost allocations, and operational revenues; input data in Salesforce and SAP.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans; implement LEAN practices at the site.
• Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to Service Technicians and ensure adherence to work instructions.
• Travel Requirements: 100% travel; assignment to service sites within region and occasionally to other regions.
