Stantec seeks a Regional Project Controls Lead for Infrastructure in the US North Central. The role can be based in any Stantec office in the region and focuses on regional leadership of Project Controls, governance, and capability development across centers.

You will partner with delivery, growth, and finance leaders on portfolio margin, risk, and resourcing while implementing a consistent controls framework and reporting. Requires 10+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with ten+ years in project controls or related field.
• Experience leading regional project-controls teams and influencing senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Project Controls teams across the region and align priorities with leaders.
• Partner on portfolio margin, risk, resourcing, and performance initiatives.
• Review regional reporting to identify trends and risks requiring action.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented recommendations in financial forums.
• Monitor regional project performance and address margin impacts with leadership.
• Develop and implement the Project Controls framework and standards.
• Guide regional leaders on project-controls strategy and governance.
• Lead change management and capability development across the region.
• Promote cross-region collaboration and share best practices.
