Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company based in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for a Project Accountant to support high-volume projects and manage job reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of project accounting experience in construction or manufacturing, along with effective communication skills. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project or cost accounting experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Experience with project accounting, POC files, or construction accounting.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own job reconciliation for install projects including POC files.
• Manage AR, billing, change orders, and completion calculations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end job closeouts.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, Install, Sales, GMs, and the Controller.
• Work across 20–30 active jobs at varying stages.
• Visit warehouse environments as needed; occasional travel required.
