Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month-end financial reporting completion.
• Generate financial reports including Revenue, A/R, and Job Cost.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on monthly WIP reporting.
• Manage month-end close and consolidations for multiple locations.
• Follow up on change orders to maintain project budget accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to management.
• Continuous process improvement for month-end close.
