Job summary

The coordinator will monitor grantees, plan visits, and help identify needs and opportunities within the region. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in another language desirable.
• Must possess effective interpersonal and written communication skills; grant writing exposure is a plus.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and social media.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for programmatic partners within the region and maintain strong relationships.
• Review regional grant applications; conduct quarterly visits to program partners.
• Identify programmatic needs and opportunities for the region and assist in planning seasonal events.
• Coordinate with US Program Team to design and execute service projects and events.
• Assist in developing program proposals, strategies and training materials; maintain program records.
