Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and development of new and existing large-scale projects.

  • Develop action plans to streamline processes and achieve outcomes promptly.
  • Ensure programs and services align with Workforce Board directives and laws/regulations.
  • Supervise a diverse team of individuals.
  • Strategically adjust workload among team members.
  • Effectively communicate unit and project status.
