The role requires 5+ years directing complex projects, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership to align stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing work in large-scale project management

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages large and complex project development from beginning to end
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals
• Develops full-scale project plans and communications documents
• Identify, manage, and track dependencies, risks, milestones using project management tools
• Monitor and control project performance and milestones to ensure execution
• Manage changes in project scope and develop contingency plans
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Set and manage customer expectations to align with contracts and PO requirements
• Ensure understanding of customer, contract, and PO requirements across teams
• Proactively communicate project status to customers
• Manage customer milestones, deliverables, and success factors
• Delegate tasks and build accountability across cross-functional teams
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team
