Job summary

Mid-South Care Services seeks a Program Director to lead and oversee operations across the Middle Tennessee Region. The role requires strategic program development, regulatory oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring quality, person-centered care within TennCare, DDA, and Medicaid HCBS settings.

You will direct program coordinators and providers, balance compliance with growth, and collaborate with the General Manager to expand services while maintaining financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Working knowledge of Tennessee CHOICES, ECF CHOICES, DDA, Medicaid waiver programs, and HCBS regulations.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, coordinate services, and manage program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee programs across the Middle Tennessee Region.
• Direct supervision of Program Coordinators, supervisory personnel, direct support professionals, and contracted Family Model Providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Develop growth strategies and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Manage budgets, staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
