Job summary

Mid-South Care Services in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Program Director to lead and oversee operations across the Middle Tennessee Region. The role requires strategic program development, regulatory oversight, staff supervision, and quality assurance across multiple service lines.

You will direct program leaders, ensure compliance with TennCare, DDA, Medicaid, and HCBS rules, drive growth, manage budgets, and maintain person-centered care, while partnering with the General Manager to advance

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in disability services or related healthcare settings.
• Working knowledge of Tennessee CHOICES, DDA, Medicaid waiver programs, and HCBS regulations.
• Experience supervising employees, coordinating services, and managing program operations.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning, individual rights, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of all assigned programs and service lines
• Establish operational systems, procedures, and accountability measures for efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement goals, policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
• Provide supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance management to staff
• Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, service coverage, and continuity of care
• Maintain regular communication with the General Manager regarding performance and improvement opportunities
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and person-centered care
