Luxor Healthcare Group is seeking a Regional MDS Director to lead MDS operations across multiple facilities in Tennessee and Kentucky. The role offers regional oversight, coaching of MDS coordinators, and a focus on quality outcomes and reimbursement integrity.
The ideal candidate will have regional or multi-facility MDS experience, thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, PDPM, and RAI requirements, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel across TN and KY is required.
Qualifications
- Current RN license preferred.
- Previous MDS Coordinator experience in skilled nursing.
- Regional or multi-facility MDS experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, PDPM, and RAI requirements.
- Experience with MDS audits, reimbursement, and clinical documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional oversight, guidance, and support to facility MDS Coordinators.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and care plans.
- Monitor PDPM reimbursement, case mix, and quality measures.
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and state requirements.
- Conduct facility audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and develop facility MDS teams.
- Partner with Administrators, DONs, and corporate leadership.
- Monitor MDS processes, documentation, and reimbursement performance.
