Job summary

EDMO is seeking a Program Assistant to serve as a flexible, on-call presence across multiple sites in Northern California. You will fill vacancies, support program managers, and mentor instructors while exemplifying EDMO's SEL-focused approach.

The role requires reliability, travel between sites, and a passion for working with children. Ideal candidates have a background in teaching or youth programs, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification by start date.
• Experience coaching or teaching; familiarity with SEL/STEAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Substitute for roles across multiple locations weekly.
• Support program managers with daily operations and coaching site staff.
• Provide mentorship to site instructors and staff.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to families and participants.
• Travel between sites as needed.
