Job summary

EDMO is seeking a Program Assistant to serve as a substitute across multiple locations, ready to fill roles from Instructor to Program Manager. You will support program operations, coach site staff, and ensure excellent service to families.

Ideal candidates have experience with kids, group work, and SEL/STEAM learning, with CPR/First Aid credentials and a related degree or experience. This is a 30 hrs/week on-site role with travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids and groups of students.
• Coaching or educator support experience preferred.
• Background or familiarity with SEL and STEAM learning methods.
• Ability to give constructive feedback.
• Creative, patient, and proactive problem-solver.
• Highly responsible and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple locations weekly to support sites.
• Substitute for roles including Instructors and Program Managers.
• Assist Program Managers with daily operations and coaching site staff.
• Provide high-quality customer service to kids, staff, and parents.
• Uphold EDMO SEL values and mentor staff and students.
