Job summary

EDMO is seeking a Program Assistant to serve as a substitute across roles, traveling to multiple sites weekly in Northern California. You will support Program Managers with daily operations and mentor site instructors while delivering excellent customer service to families.

This role emphasizes SEL and STEAM learning, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork. CPR/First Aid is required by start date, with compensation reflecting a 30-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids and groups.
• Background in SEL and STEAM learning.
• Experience coaching or educator support.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations weekly.
• CPR/First Aid certification required by start date.
• 48 college units or pass Instructional Assistant Exam.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple locations weekly within assigned region.
• Substitute for roles as needed (Instructors, Program Managers).
• Assist Program Managers with daily operations.
• Coach, mentor, and train site Instructors.
• Provide high-quality customer service to kids, staff, and parents.
• Communicate with parents to keep them informed.
