JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Production Lead is responsible for stewarding the volunteers, systems, processes, and stylistic vision of the campus and Traders Point production. Along with stewarding their campus production responsibilities, the Regional Production Lead will provide leadership and manager responsibilities to campus tech directors in their region to ensure they are set up for success and stewarding their responsibilities well. The Regional Production Lead is:

- Intentional executor of TPCC production style and vision
- Champion for and shepherd of TPCC production volunteers at their campus
- Innovator and driver for AVL live production at their specific TPCC location, region, and special events
- One who leads out in a next level mentality for growth and commitment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Regional Production Lead will have full-time staff direct report management duties of campus tech directors in their region and will also provide leadership and supervision to TPCC volunteers.
DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
- Servant led leadership, ensuring region Tech Directors are on mission and set up for success.
- Intentional coach and developer of staff and volunteers in both hard and soft skills
- Shepherding and care of Production volunteer community for their campus
- Manager and executer of creative, inspiring, and distraction free production and gatherings in collaboration with the Production Director and Scenic Designer
- Ownership and maintenance of all AVL systems at their campus
- Execution of sustainable processes for recruiting, auditioning, and developing volunteer production teams across all TPCC venues
- Actively growing in understanding and knowledge of audio, lighting, video, staging concepts, and equipment trends and changes
- Full participation, as called upon, in production/leadership roles during special events
- Full participation, as called upon, in implementing set changes at all campuses
- Ownership and support of all AVL systems in kids spaces
- All other duties as assigned
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Serve under the direct oversight of the Production Director, with dotted line oversight from the Campus Pastor
- Participate as a full member of the production staff, attending meetings and special events as required
- Actively engaged at TPCC
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Expert knowledge of lighting and/or audio in the context of worship services
- Expert knowledge of audio/video/lighting signal flows
- Excellent leadership skills with very strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and excellent attention to details.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Detailed knowledge of live and streaming video environments.
- Familiarity with Digico, Hog, GrandMA,, Blackmagic, Resolume, Ross Video, Resi, QLab, Propresenter, Ableton, Planning Center, Mac, and PC operating systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Formal training in production/related discipline or 3+ years of experience with technology in a modern worship production environment.
- Experience in ministry leadership or a related leadership role
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel or squat.
- Must be able to lift (75) pounds at times.
- Must be able to work various hours to accommodate events occasionally.
