Job summary

Springs Window Fashions seeks a Regional Product Specialist to support independent dealers across the Southwest. You will provide post-order technical support, help with pre-planning, and nurture long-term customer relationships.

The role requires a sales mindset, collaboration with the Dealer Sales team, and strong product knowledge across the Graber portfolio. Travel up to 50% within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 7+ years of sales experience; SWF product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the designated region; valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfort with hand tools, ladders and construction-site safety.

Responsibilities

• Support dealers post-order and assist pre-planning.
• Provide technical support and product training to dealers.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated order concerns and site visits.
• Lead regional training for Territory Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with Dealer Sales team to drive regional initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with dealers/franchisees.
• Provide feedback to the quality team from the field.
• Report issue resolutions to the Regional Sales Manager.
