Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Product Sales for US North and Canada. You will lead a team of Product Sales Managers, secure key orders, and drive quotations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across the Rolls business area.

You will rely on a strong track record in sales leadership, market analysis, and effective communication, traveling domestically and internationally as needed to grow the regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and change-driving experience in complex sales environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with pulp, paper, or process industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Sales Managers selling and servicing the Rolls business area.
• Secure orders by visiting customer facilities and active account engagement.
• Manage quotations and support the team in pricing and follow-up.
• Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Resolve delays, customer complaints, and ensure timely responses.
