Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Regional Procurement Operations Manager to serve as the main procurement liaison for regional Operations leadership, ensuring timely, cost-effective support and alignment with enterprise strategies.

You will partner with Operations to deliver value through supplier performance, local sourcing, and process improvements. This role balances service, compliance, cost management, and supplier performance, acting as a trusted business partner for Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of procurement, supply chain or operations support experience.
• Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Experience managing supplier performance and resolving operational supply needs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement contact for regional Operations leaders.
• Support day-to-day purchasing, supplier, and sourcing needs across the region.
• Drive adoption of preferred suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Identify and execute cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve operational issues.
• Partner with Category Managers on sourcing initiatives and contract implementation.
• Analyze spend data and provide recommendations to improve value and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
