You will own safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity while partnering with the NA Operating Board to drive strategic priorities. This role demands enterprise thinking, disciplined operating systems, and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of operations leadership in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience in beverage/food/CPG or regulated industries.
• BS/BA in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead three NA regions with clear priorities and measurable improvements.
• Drive enterprise strategy and disciplined execution across the network.
• Build scalable operating systems and standardized ways of working.
• Partner with Finance to translate performance into financial actions.
