Qualifications

• Team leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement team: recruit, train, mentor buyers and specialists.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements to reduce lead times.
• Optimize SAP settings to improve component availability and operations efficiency.
• Oversee PR to PO workflow, supplier enablement via Belimo SRM tool, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support Belimo Compliance initiatives with data collection.
• Design dashboards, track KPIs (OTD, ITO, cost savings), and report spend analysis.
