Job summary

Rexel USA in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Manager Region Procurement to lead a procurement team across the regional network. You will oversee inventory and obsolescence, KPI-driven performance, and branch inventory profiling to optimize turns and service levels.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, reviewing critical stock, updating Eclipse replenishment data, negotiating with suppliers, and communicating with Branches/DCs on key initiatives and changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional purchasing/buying experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor\'s Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor procurement team for assigned region.
• Daily review of critical items below minimum, allocations or stock outs for all responsible Branches/DCs.
• Address and process inventory profiling requests from the Branches/DCs.
• Understand Eclipse settings to ensure accuracy of replenishment data (lead-time, forecasting, buy multiplies).
• Explain and instruct purchasing practices and vendor metrics; negotiating and monitoring.
