Job summary

Rexel USA seeks a Manager Region Procurement to lead the Mayer Team in Altoona, PA. You will oversee a procurement group, manage regional inventory, and drive replenishment and KPI performance across Branches and Distribution Centers.

You will mentor staff, optimize item availability, and coordinate with suppliers to improve stock and turns while maintaining strong customer service across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional purchasing/buying experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
• High School or GED is required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the regional procurement team
• Daily review of critical items below minimum, allocations or stock outs for Branches/DCs
• Update replenishment system data (lead-time, forecasting)
• Negotiate and optimize supplier terms and returns
• Communicate with Branches/DCs on inventory issues and initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Report on inventory goals and vendor changes
