Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a senior process excellence leader for Global Polymers in the United States. You will guide a strategic team, partner with manufacturing plants and technical domains to improve process safety, productivity, quality and cost across operations.

You will manage CAPEX and non-CAPEX projects, lead scale-up and commercialization efforts, and support new product introductions while developing a high-caliber engineering group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with leadership experience.
• 15+ years of progressive technical/process engineering and/or operations management.
• Experience with coating or chemical processing.
• Experience/knowledge of P&L and corporate financial acumen.
• Strong leadership and ability to work across sites and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact process excellence team across Global Polymers, partnering with plants and technical teams to drive process safety, cost, quality, productivity and service improvements.
• Oversee CAPEX/non-CAPEX projects, scale-up and commercialization, and support product launches and business growth.
• Develop and mentor process engineers, promote best practice sharing, and drive cross-site standardization.
