Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an accomplished Regional Preconstruction Business Leader for the Mid-Atlantic Region. This executive will shape regional strategy, influence enterprise priorities, and lead a critical segment at the intersection of growth, customer value, and operational discipline.

The leader will oversee Performance Contracting, Comprehensive Solutions, Design-Build, Turnkey and emerging tech, align strategy with Sales, Operations, and Engineering, and drive measurable results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in energy services/preconstruction/project development.
• Proven ability to lead at scale in a matrixed organization.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with forecasting and ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the region’s preconstruction business, with accountability for growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, workforce planning, utilization, and overall business performance.
• Shape regional strategy, investment priorities, and portfolio direction across the Energy Services opportunity landscape.
• Translate enterprise and regional priorities into operating plans, execution strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead strategic alignment across regional sales and operation teams to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities and investments.
