Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline including 2+ yrs in a physician practice, group, or health system with multiple locations
• Preferred: Epic experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise Practice Managers and Practice Supervisors; lead CHSN practices and promote clinical care and patient experience.
• Support budget planning and revenue cycle by coordinating with Practice Directors and billing office.
• Assist with practice acquisitions within the assigned region and onboarding of sites to CHSN.
• Mentor leadership staff and provide developmental opportunities through education and coaching.
