• Manages budgets and supports revenue cycle needs for practice sites.
• Leads acquisition and onboarding of practice sites to the CHSN network.
• Mentors leadership and staff development of Practice Managers and Supervisors.
• Oversees facilities, leases, and infrastructure to meet strategic goals and budgets.
• Develops financial controls and monitors performance and productivity metrics.
