Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years physician practice revenue cycle experience including patient access, denials, point-of-service collections, cash performance, and revenue cycle optimization.
  • 3–5 years leading physician practice operations as a Practice Manager/Director or similar role.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, drive behavior change, and improve performance without direct reporting authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable operational improvements.
  • Experience working within large, integrated healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Drive Measurable Change Across Physician Practices

Ensemble is seeking a Director, Regional Practice to partner directly with physician practice leaders to improve patient access, revenue cycle performance, and operational outcomes across a portfolio of ambulatory and physician practices. This highly visible leadership role combines revenue cycle expertise, operational consulting, and executive influence to help healthcare organizations achieve meaningful financial and performance improvements.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
