Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with primary care practices.
• Experience training Medical Assistants and clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS, MRA coding, risk adjustment, quality metrics, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between multiple clinic locations.
• Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage is preferred.

Responsibilities
