Qualifications

  • Experience training Medical Assistants and clinical staff.
  • Strong knowledge of HEDIS, MRA coding, risk adjustment, quality metrics, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between multiple clinic locations.
  • Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel between multiple primary care practices to provide operational support and leadership
