Job summary

Mechanix Wear is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial/industrial channel efforts in the Seattle area. This full-time role focuses on developing sales plans, managing distributors and independent agents, and driving revenue growth across the Pacific Northwest.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and deep PPE knowledge. Remote candidates in WA/OR/ID/MT/WY/ND/SD will be considered, with the Seattle region preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of product sales and brand sales experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheet, word-processing, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Sells into assigned region to meet and exceed sales plan and growth expectations.
• Maintains relationships/channels from concept to implementation and product delivery.
• Develops and implements sales and marketing programs within region to drive revenue growth.
• Establishes and develops relationships with target end user account lists within the assigned market.
• Maintains regular direct communication with all commercial distributors within the region via visits and calls.
• Drives product launches and education through the distribution and end user channel.
• Maintains up-to-date accounting of sales activities and objectives via Salesforce.
