Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred.
Five years of property management experience required.
Two years of multi-site management experience required.
Leadership experience managing diverse properties.
Proficiency with Entrata and MS Office for reporting.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of apartment communities ensuring affordable housing compliance.
Develop and execute strategic plans to hit financial, operational, and compliance goals.
Monitor metrics like occupancy, rent collection, and expenses with audits.
Lead site teams, recruit talent, and conduct regular team meetings.
Collaborate with Leasing/Property Managers to complete paperwork and leases.
Train and motivate staff to achieve leasing and customer satisfaction goals.
Coordinate with compliance to maintain LIHTC, HUD, and Inclusionary Zoning requirements.
