Chamberlin + Associates is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a multi-property portfolio, driving NOI, occupancy, and financial performance with hands-on leadership of Property Managers and Senior Property Managers.

Based in the Phoenix area, this exempt role requires strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and a proven track record of developing site leaders. Collaboration with ownership and senior executives will be essential for budget, capital planning, and client relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Direct accountability for financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading Property Managers and Senior Property Managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience across multiple markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NOI performance, occupancy, delinquency, and budget outcomes across all properties in the portfolio.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with Property Managers and Senior PMs, ensuring targets are met and actions are taken.
• Review and approve monthly owner reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Monitor leasing performance, renewal rates, and revenue trends; intervene early if needed.
• Partner with ownership and leadership on annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
