WMFHA is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a multi-property portfolio in the Phoenix area. You will be responsible for full P&L accountability, leading Property Managers and Senior PMs, and maintaining strong owner relationships while driving portfolio results.

The role requires strategic oversight across 8–15 properties, managing budgets, occupancy, and performance metrics, with hands-on leadership and a focus on capital planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management with portfolio responsibility.
• Experience leading Property Managers and Senior PMs across locations.
• Strong financial acumen in NOI, budgeting, and owner reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and budget performance for 8–15 properties and 1,100–2,500 units.
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers.
• Maintain ownership relationships and report portfolio performance to leadership.
• Oversee property operations, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication with owners and VP levels.
