Job summary

SupplyOne is hiring a Regional PMP & Strategic Accounts Project Manager / Merchandiser to lead the Packaging Management Program across TX, OK, MO and AR. You will coordinate onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service for multi-location accounts while partnering with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Customer Service.

The role also includes merchandising and sourcing for the Dallas location, evaluating suppliers, ensuring timely product availability, and supporting local sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or merchandising in a regional or multi-market role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in procurement or planning tools (Encore, Procure Pro, Power BI, Microsoft Suite).
• 30% Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Packaging Management Program for multiple locations (OK, TX, MO, AR).
• Coordinate onboarding, transition, and ongoing servicing of multi-location accounts.
• Support merchandising and sourcing activities for the Dallas location.
• Communicate account requirements, timelines, and service expectations to stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines and action items; drive cost savings and process improvements.
