Jacobs is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large transportation infrastructure PM/CM projects in Texas and lead construction management teams. The role involves planning, risk management, and collaboration with business leaders to grow the PM/CM transportation portfolio.

The Senior CPM will drive performance, allocate resources, and work with clients to meet delivery, schedule, and budget commitments, while advancing Jacobs’ Global Integrated Delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project management, controls, procurement, and construction management for transportation infrastructure.
• Business development experience.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams and meet client expectations.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large transportation infrastructure PM/CM projects.
• Lead and develop construction management teams in Texas.
• Plan project delivery, budgets, schedules, and risk management.
• Partner with sales to grow PM/CM transportation business.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure delivery to expectations.
