The role emphasizes risk management, proactive communication, and strong client relationships to win new work and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• 15+ years of progressively challenging leadership experience on major infrastructure construction projects performing project management, project controls, procurement services and construction management for transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience in business development.
• Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.
• Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large transportation infrastructure PM/CM projects in Texas.
• Lead PM/CM teams and coordinate with business leaders.
• Develop and execute construction approaches and resource allocation.
• Ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality alignment.
