Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. seeks a Regional Plant Manager to lead all aspects of operations at a large-scale facility. You will own the P&L, drive performance against KPIs, and shape a culture of excellence through coaching and team development.

You will oversee budgeting, safety, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational excellence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of senior-level plant or facility operations leadership.
• Strong background in industrial sectors such as mining, aggregates, materials, or chemicals.
• Experience managing capital projects and overseeing large maintenance budgets.
• Proven ownership of P&L for a full-site operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, environmental compliance, and team performance.

• Expert-level understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Six Sigma familiarity or certification is a plus.
• High mechanical aptitude; familiarity with large-scale processing equipment.
• Excellent leadership presence — confident, communicative, and accountable.
• Proficiency with budgeting, KPIs, and ERP platforms.
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related technical field strongly preferred.
