Regional Physical Security Supervisor (Finance)
The Regional Physical Security Supervisor will operate in a lead or working supervisor capacity within the regional portfolio at Equifax, based in our St. Louis, MO offices. The team provides support for Global Situational Awareness, Security & Safety Incident Response, Crisis Management, notifications, and escalations. The role aims to protect employees, facilities, and assets using tools such as enterprise access control, alarm monitoring, business intelligence, open source media, network video management, and collaborative tools. The supervisor detects, analyzes, and alerts regarding conditions impacting assets, businesses, or personnel.

- Location: St. Louis, MO, primarily at Rider Trail. Must be local to St. Louis.
- Office expectations: Onsite weekly (Monday to Friday). May require additional responsibilities outside normal hours due to the nature of physical security roles.
What you'll do
- Lead or supervise a Regional Physical Security team, overseeing contracted security officers.
- Monitor physical security systems such as Access Control and Video Surveillance.
- Support Global Situational Awareness, Incident Response, and Crisis Management, including notifications and escalations.
- Assess situations to protect employees, facilities, and assets.
- Detect, analyze, and alert others about conditions impacting assets, businesses, or personnel.
- Communicate via email, chat, and phone with internal and external customers.
- Analyze technical situations and escalate as needed.
- Provide technical support for security platforms.
- Maintain security processes, procedures, hardware, and software, including managing contracts.
- Manage local guard staffing, training, and support.
- Assist with physical security controls, budget planning, procurement, assessments, and testing.
- Identify and address security concerns proactively.
- Interpret security policies and guidelines.
What experience you need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of related security support and operations experience.
- Strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills; capable of compiling high-level Situation Reports.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Windows programs.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Leadership experience, law enforcement, or military background.
- SIA CSPM or ASIS certifications (CPP, PSP, or APP) preferred.
