Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Criminal background check and drug testing.
• Current license in good standing in the states practiced.
• Current immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and Federal pharmacy laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide staff.
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; Medicare/Medicaid authorization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates within the pharmacy.
• Oversee professional and business operations in the pharmacy department.
• Identify sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties of all pharmacy staff and associates.
• Ensure staffing levels and training for pharmacy personnel.
• Adhere to Company policies and Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations per Company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior per policy.
• Maintain clear communication within the department and organization.
• Follow MPP guidelines to sustain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
