Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead the regional sales team and drive access to non-opioid pain management products. You will partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to execute sales strategies, manage contracts, and ensure performance against targets.

The role requires extensive travel and a strong track record in pharma sales leadership. The candidate should have a BA/BS or higher, 7+ years in pharma/biotech/device sales, and 4+ years in sales

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years Sales Management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with Injectable products and prior surgical suite experience are a plus.
• Knowledge of formulary processes and ability to navigate them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales personnel in the assigned Region to meet/exceed goals.
• Collaborate with hospitals and health systems to ensure access to Pacira products.
• Oversee a team of direct reports and develop regional business plans.
• Monitor budgets, track sales performance, and report progress regularly.
• Travel extensively to hospitals and conferences as required.
