The Regional Business Director will lead the sales specialty team for their Region, managing Account Managers in promoting and selling healthcare products to healthcare providers. The Regional Business Director will be responsible for working with the Marketing and Commercial organizations in development and execution of the sales strategy and serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace. They will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations as agreed to by the client and Pacira.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Will lead the sales specialty team for their Region, managing Account Managers.
The incumbent works closely with all functional areas and departments within the company.

Employee will be required to stand for several hours at a time, in close quarters (Operating Room), and will need to navigate safely through complex, crowded, and fast moving areas such as hospital corridors, waiting rooms, offices, pre- and post-surgical areas, and Operating Rooms. Ability to move swiftly and safely in areas including Operating Rooms during surgical procedures.

The base pay range for this role is $172,000 to $225,750 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered.
