Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Regional People Business Partner to support our Northeast territory and drive talent management and organizational effectiveness. This role emphasizes strategic partnership, coaching leaders, and implementing workforce planning while advancing engagement across divisions.

Ideal candidates have 7–9 years in Human Resources, strong labor-law knowledge, and a track record in talent acquisition and development within a dispersed retail or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-9 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Human Resources (Business Partner) in a geographically disbursed retail, manufacturing, or equivalent environment.
• Strong talent acquisition and talent development background preferred.
• Experience handling associate relations issues and dealing with labor laws.
• Solid business acumen and demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results through others.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic partnership with the organization to support overall operational effectiveness and division performance.
• Providing coaching and support to leaders regarding workforce planning, culture development, organizational policies & procedures and communication of key initiatives.
• Serving in a responsive manner to arising associate relations issues and managing conflict in varying situations; directing associates to resources for support and retention strategies.
• Partnering with leadership to assess leadership capability and ensure development and succession plans.
• Coaching and facilitation of leadership development programs to build capability; ensuring organizational health by promoting associate engagement.
• Acts as change agent to reinforce key messages.
• Participates in the Company's response to union organizing drives.
• Proactively seeking new ways to deliver better business results and lead organizational change.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure compliance with Federal/State/Local requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
