Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment seeks a Regional People Business Partner to support Supply Chain with strategic HR initiatives. The role focuses on talent management, workforce planning, coaching leaders, and driving retention across West warehouses.

Remote work with travel is required, with proximity to a major airport for on-site collaboration. The position requires 7–9 years of HRBP experience in dispersed environments, a Bachelor's in business or related field, and strong change-management capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business/HR.
• 7-9 years of relevant HRBP experience in dispersed retail/supply chain environments.
• Experience partnering with regional leaders on workforce planning and policy communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnership to improve operational effectiveness and division performance.
• Coach leaders on workforce planning, culture development, and policy communication.
• Execute talent reviews, performance calibrations, merit/incentive processes, and engagement action plans.
• Address associate relations issues and guide to resources as needed.
• Develop and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership on leadership development and succession planning.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and promote engagement.
• Act as change agent to reinforce key messages and drive organizational change.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance.
