Job summary

Benchmark Education Company LLC seeks a Regional Consultant Manager to lead PD programs across the region, recruit and coach a consultant team, and deliver content for internal and external trainings. You will align PD plans with district needs, manage pilots, and collaborate with the national team to inform product development and marketing efforts.

You will travel as needed, mentor consultants, and present to districts and school leaders, driving professional development and literacy outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional development experience.
• Elementary teaching background with literacy focus.
• Strong adult learning and training delivery skills.
• Familiarity with standards and edtech tools in education.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual professional development plan with the team.
• Create and deliver sales and implementation trainings.
• Coach and evaluate regional consultants; conduct annual reviews.
• Coordinate with districts, pilots, and RVPs for PD
• Respond to RFPs related to professional development.
• Use data to inform staffing and program decisions.
• Lead sales presentations and client-facing trainings.
• Manage assignments and travel planning for the region.
• Maintain ongoing communication with national teams.
• Support curriculum development and literacy initiatives.
