Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to support and oversee payroll operations for a network of long-term care facilities in Missouri. The role requires leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, along with audits, training, and cross-functional operational support.

• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, time & attendance, and payroll systems.
• Leadership experience supporting or managing payroll teams.
• Regular travel to facilities for audits, training, and operational support.
