Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a finance-focused professional to turn contract data into actionable financial insights across multiple states. You will model revenue impact from rate changes, analyze payor reimbursements, and support leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include contract yield auditing, identifying underpayments, mapping fee schedules, and preparing analytical dashboards for senior leaders. A strong Excel, SQL, and BI skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Health Information Management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive healthcare financial analysis experience in provider reimbursement, payor relations, managed care, revenue cycle analysis, or healthcare financial/business analytics.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and data analysis within a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-layered contract models forecasting revenue impact from rate changes and payment models.
• Analyze proposed payor rates using utilization and claims data to project net revenue by market and payor.
• Interpret reimbursement reports and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
