Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Front Desk teams across locations, fostering accountability and patient service.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, coaching sessions, and performance follow-ups.
• Ensure high-quality patient experience across locations by monitoring service standards and addressing concerns.
• Partner with clinic leadership to identify workflow gaps and develop sustainable solutions.
• Drive adoption of new processes, policies, and SOP updates with training and follow-up.
• Monitor front office operations, staffing, and scheduling to support efficient workflows.
• Analyze KPIs and trends to identify improvement opportunities and effectiveness.
• Support change management by communicating expectations and priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient service issues and operational barriers.
• Collaborate with hiring and training to onboard and retain Front Desk staff regionally.
