Responsibilities

• Builds and sustains relationships with pharmacies, physicians and office staff to resolve coverage problems.
• Collaborates with field sales, market access, analytics and operations to support patient access.
• Provides training on payer coverage policies and documentation requirements, including patient financial assistance programs.
• Introduces technology options for electronic Patient Access submissions and explains payer criteria and processes.
• Communicates regularly with management about opportunities and challenges in patient access.
