Blue Gems ABA is seeking a relationship-driven outreach professional to expand community partnerships and generate referrals for pediatric ABA services. This field-based role requires frequent local travel, in-person visits, and proactive engagement with pediatricians, schools, and providers to raise awareness of our care processes.

• Experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, business development, sales, or community outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet providers in person.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and professional networking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with pediatricians, therapists, schools, psychologists, and community organizations.
• Identify referral opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct field outreach with visits, calls, emails, and meetings.
• Educate providers about Blue Gems ABA and referral processes.
• Represent Blue Gems ABA at local events and networking opportunities.
• Track outreach activities, referrals, and leads in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with intake, clinical, marketing and leadership teams to grow referrals.
